Privacy Policy

This policy covers this website, p2hconstruction.com, which is run by P2H Constructions Services LLC. It describes what the site collects, why it collects it, how to have it removed, and what to expect if you give us your phone number or your email address.

What the inspection form collects

The free roof inspection form asks for your name, your phone number, your email address, and your ZIP code, because a roofer cannot come out without them. It also asks what is going on with your roof and, in the longer form, optionally how old the roof is. That last answer is optional and the form works without it.

The form also records that you agreed to be contacted about your request, and the date and time you agreed, because that record is what permits the call, the text, or the email that follows. See Text messages below.

Along with your answers, the site records which page you submitted from and your browser’s user agent string. That is used to tell real submissions from automated ones.

If you reached the site from an ad or from a link that carried tracking information in its web address, such as a click identifier, a campaign name, or the name of the service that sent you, the site records that as well and sends it along with your request. It is used for one thing: so P2H can tell which advertising actually reaches homeowners. It is not your name, your device, or your location, and it is not used to work out who you are.

The form does not ask for your home address, date of birth, or payment information, and it never asks for anything about your finances or your insurance policy.

Where it goes

Submissions are sent to P2H Constructions Services so a roofer can contact you about the inspection you asked for. They are delivered into the tools P2H uses to manage incoming work, and those tools process the information only on P2H’s behalf. Your information is not sold, rented, or traded, and it is not passed to other contractors or to lead-buying networks.

Submitting the form is a request for a roof inspection, so expect a call or an email about it. It is not a subscription to marketing emails or text messages.

Text messages

The inspection form collects a phone number so a roofer can reach you about your request. The form has a consent box covering calls, texts, and emails about that request, and it has to be checked for the form to go through. It starts unchecked, so checking it is your choice, and you can always reach P2H by phone or email instead of using the form at all. Whether you agree here or through another method, no mobile information, mobile opt-in data, or text messaging consent will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with providers that deliver messages on P2H’s behalf, and only for that purpose.

P2H text messages are about your roof inspection request and the work that follows it, such as confirming an appointment time or following up on a quote. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can stop the texts at any time by replying STOP to any message, and doing so does not affect your inspection, your quote, or any work P2H does for you. For help, reply HELP or email info@p2hconstruction.com.

Cookies and measurement

This site uses Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, and the Meta pixel to measure how many people find the site and how many request an inspection. Those services set their own cookies and receive their own record of your visit, including your IP address, the pages you viewed, and information about your browser and device, subject to their privacy policies rather than this one.

The Meta pixel shares that visit record with Meta, which may connect it to your Facebook or Instagram account and use it as its own policies allow, including to show you ads. What this site reports to these services is that a visit, a phone click, or a form submit happened. Your name, phone number, and email address are not sent to advertising platforms by this site.

This site also keeps a small record inside your own browser, which is not a cookie, when you arrive from an ad. It holds only the tracking information that was already in the web address you clicked, so that it is still there if you read a page or two before filling in the form. It holds nothing you type. It is kept for up to 30 days and then thrown away, some browsers clear it sooner on their own, and you can delete it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data. Nothing on the site breaks when it is missing.

You can limit ad personalization at adssettings.google.com for Google and in the ad preferences settings of your Facebook or Instagram account for Meta. Browser settings, tracking protection, and ad blockers all stop this measurement, and nothing on the site breaks when they do.

How long it is kept

Inspection requests are kept as long as they are useful for the work they relate to and for P2H’s own records of jobs quoted and completed. You can ask for yours to be deleted at any time.

Your choices

To see what P2H holds about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email info@p2hconstruction.com and say so. Asking is enough to start, and there is no charge for it.

New Jersey privacy rights

The New Jersey Data Privacy Act applies to businesses that process the personal data of at least 100,000 New Jersey residents in a year, or at least 25,000 residents while making revenue from selling personal data. P2H does not meet either threshold and does not sell personal data, so the Act does not currently apply to this site. P2H honors requests to access, correct, and delete your information anyway, through the contact above. If the business grows to meet a threshold, this policy will change with it.

Children

This site is for homeowners arranging work on a home. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted the form, contact us and the submission will be deleted.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. A change never reaches backward: information collected under this version is handled as this version describes.
